They are the most diverse ecological landscape in nature and one of the most important ecological capital for humans. Along with forests and oceans, they are known as the three major ecosystems in the world. They have enormous ecological functions such as maintaining biodiversity, storing floods and droughts, supplementing groundwater, controlling soil erosion, degrading pollution, purifying water quality, regulating climate, protecting river (sea) banks, preventing natural disasters, and beautifying the environment. The surrounding areas are mainly residential areas and schools. Lack of necessary green space, activities, and rest areas. A healthy wetland ecosystem is an important component of the national ecological security system and a crucial foundation for achieving sustainable economic and social development.
Construction location: Pingchuan District
Construction scale and content: The main landscape architecture of the park is the first ring - Landscape Lake Ring Road; Seven districts - science popularization area, waterfront leisure area, sports activity area, children's activity area, sports activity area, and park entrance distribution area; Multiple nodes - landscape nodes such as characteristic water feature squares, sunny lawns, art flower beds, waterfront platforms, children's dream parks, and amusement parks.
The park is divided into three major areas based on its orientation: North, East, and Southwest. The three areas are connected by landscape lakes, with different functional positioning, providing visitors with multiple experiences. As an area with open park areas and a concentration of visitors, the landscape design of the North District creates a landscape of flower wetlands. Through natural scenery, it combines education with entertainment to carry out science popularization education functions. As an image display area for urban living rooms, the Southwest District's artistic greening is not only visually pleasing, but also combined with streamlined paving, providing the entire venue with multiple landscape functions such as drainage, distribution, and interaction. The eastern area is divided into a sports activity area and a children's play area: the sports activity area serves as a centralized fitness and entertainment venue, providing multifunctional fitness and entertainment activities. Adopting minimalist design techniques, the venue is endowed with more public space attributes, and the lively and interesting paving form injects new elements into this area, which is young and full of vitality.

Wetlands are closely related to human survival and are one of the most diverse ecological landscapes in nature and one of the most important living environments for humans. The planning and construction of Yintan Wetland Park has significant practical significance for the protection of wetlands in Baiyin City. It not only provides rich and colorful leisure places for urban residents, but also has enormous environmental functions and benefits. It plays an irreplaceable role in regulating runoff, controlling pollution, regulating climate, beautifying the environment, and promoting science education.
The construction of this project has not received any investment from the central budget, nor has it applied for any other investment from the central budget. The construction of the project meets the support direction and requirements of investment from the central budget, so the construction of this project is necessary and feasible.
3、 Implementation of project construction conditions
The project proposal has been approved (Pingfa Gaifa [2021] No. 435); Approximately 4 million yuan has been invested, accounting for 4.9% of the total investment.

4、 Investment estimation and funding sources
The total investment for the construction of this project is 80.1362 million yuan, of which: the construction and installation engineering cost is 66.0972 million yuan, accounting for 82% of the total investment; Other construction costs amounted to 6.7539 million yuan, accounting for 8% of the total investment; The reserve fund is 7.2851 million yuan, accounting for 10% of the total investment.
