The Pingchuan District Convention and Exhibition Center is surrounded by flowers and full of joy. The establishment of the "Ding Yuping Charity Education Reward and Rescue Fund" in Pingchuan District and the first fund distribution ceremony are held here with great ceremony. More than 500 people, including Chen Qiyin, the Secretary of the District Committee, Du Shirun, the Director of the District People's Congress, Gao Yunxiang, the Deputy Secretary of the District Committee, Gao Jinyi, the Chairman of the District Political Consultative Conference, Zhang Wenling, a member of the Standing Committee and Deputy Director of the District Committee, Li Boliang, a member of the Standing Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee, Huang Tianbu, the Deputy Director of the District People's Congress, Ma Rui, the Vice Chairman of the District People's Political Consultative Conference, Zhao Dechang, the Vice Chairman of the District Charity Association, Zhang Maorong, and the person in charge of education, civil affairs, and Gansu Yindi Industry and Trade (Group) Co., Ltd., as well as 128 outstanding teachers and some outstanding students in the district who received awards, directors of various township education management centers


In order to better promote the development of education in Pingchuan and further promote the social atmosphere of valuing education, respecting knowledge, and respecting talents, Mr. Ding Yuping, Chairman of Gansu Yindi Industry and Trade (Group) Co., Ltd., has decided that starting from 2009, the company will donate at least RMB 600000 annually to establish the "Ding Yuping Charity Education Reward and Assistance Fund" in Pingchuan District, to reward outstanding students in primary and secondary schools, outstanding students in high schools with special difficulties, and outstanding teachers who have made contributions to the development of education in Pingchuan District.


At the fund distribution conference, Chen Qiyin, the Secretary of the District Party Committee, held a grand plaque awarding ceremony. Gao Yunxiang, the Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and the District Mayor, gave an important speech. Gao hopes that teachers who receive rewards will not forget their trust and mission, take the lead in loving their work, study hard, learn rigorously, innovate courageously, and strive to become teachers who satisfy the people; I hope that the students who receive rewards will not forget their aspirations and society, cherish this caring heart even more, study hard, aspire to succeed, and repay society. I hope that all teachers and students can take today's award ceremony as an opportunity to promote, advocate, and encourage excellence, and create an atmosphere of learning from, catching up with, and creating excellence. Together, we will contribute our strength and wisdom to the beautiful future of Pingchuan.
