Background and Objectives of Construction

Huashun Road is the backbone of the road network in the old urban area and an important transportation road in the region. The renovation and construction of Huashun Road has laid a solid foundation for the development and utilization of land in the area, beautification of the environment along the line, promotion of economic development, and enhancement of road traffic capacity. Due to its long-term disrepair, Huashun Road suffers from serious road surface defects such as potholes, cracks, and subsidence. The lack of sidewalk tiles has caused great inconvenience to the residents along the route, affecting the city's appearance. Moreover, with the completion of the development and construction of residential areas along the Shuiquan Road to Teaote Road, there is an urgent need to connect with the outside world. Therefore, this design is based on the planned red line width to renovate and construct Huashun Road.

Construction location: Pingchuan District, Baiyin City

Construction scale and content: Construct a road width of 24m (including 5m sidewalks and 14m vehicular lanes), an asphalt concrete road, renovate water supply and drainage, traffic signs, and lighting facilities.

Construction period and schedule: The construction period is 24 months

The project has completed the design plan; Approximately 3 million yuan has been invested, accounting for 7.2% of the total investment.
