The project is located in Pingchuan District, Baiyin City, in the central northern part of Baiyin City. The total investment of the project is 464.1321 million yuan, and the financing interest during the construction period is 6.471 million yuan. The static total investment is 457.6611 million yuan, and the construction period is 24 months. The main entity implementing this project is Baiyin Xingchuan Construction and Installation Co., Ltd.

The task of this project is to take water from the end of the southern main canal of the central migration water supply project in Gansu, construct a regulating water reservoir, provide water resources guarantee for efficient agricultural irrigation and breeding industry in the modern Silk Road cold and arid agricultural industrial park in Pingchuan District, and promote local economic and social development.

1: New construction content: including 1 pumping station, 3 water supply pipelines, 3 water storage tanks, and other major parts. The length of the 1 # water supply pipeline is about 3.58km, all of which are underground pipes, and 10 valve wells are set along the pipeline; The length of the 2 # water supply pipeline is about 1.5km, all of which are buried pipes. Two valve wells are set up along the pipeline. The length of the 3 # water supply pipeline is about 4.17km, all of which are buried pipes. Fourteen valve wells are set up along the pipeline. 2、 Overall layout of the project: The pumping station is composed of a water intake building, an inlet forebay, a pumping station building, and a water supply pipeline (pressure pipeline). Three water supply pipelines share a pumping station. The 1 # water supply pipeline (pressure pipeline) starts from the newly built pumping station and ends at the 1 # regulating and storage tank. The 1 # water supply pipeline (pressure pipeline) is divided into three branches at station 0+560, and a regulating and distributing valve well is installed. The 2 # and 3 # water supply pipelines (pressure pipeline) start from here and end at the 2 # and 3 # regulating and storage tanks.

The 1 # water supply pipeline (pressure pipeline) starts from the newly built water pumping station and generally runs along the northwest direction towards the 1 # water storage tank. The length of the pipeline is about 3.58km, all of which are underground pipes, and 10 valve wells are set along the pipeline.

The 2 # water supply pipeline (pressure pipeline) starts at the 0+560 fork of the 1 # water supply pipeline, and generally travels northeast towards the 2 # water storage tank. The length of the pipeline is about 1.5km, all of which are buried pipes. Two valve wells are set along the pipeline.

The 3 # water supply pipeline (pressure pipeline) starts at the 0+560 bifurcation of the 1 # water supply pipeline, and generally travels northeast towards the 3 # water storage tank. The length of the pipeline is about 4.17km, all of which are buried pipes, and 14 valve wells are set along the pipeline.

The plan shape of the water storage tank is quadrilateral, with a half excavation and half filling form. The upstream slope is 1:2.5, and the downstream slope is 1:2.5.

The plan shape of the water storage tank is quadrilateral, with a half excavation and half filling form. The length x width of the tank bottom is 280x240m, with a designed elevation of 2100.00m, a designed water level of 2120.00m, a designed water depth of 20.00m, and a tank top elevation of 2122.00m. The upstream slope is 1:2.5, and the downstream slope is 1:2.5.

The plan shape of the water storage tank is quadrilateral, with a half excavation and half filling form. The length x width of the tank bottom is 240x210m, and the design elevation of the tank bottom is 2097.00m. The design water level is 2117.00m, the design water depth is 20.00m, and the tank top elevation is 2119.00m. The upstream slope is 1:2.5, and the downstream slope is 1:2.5.

Scope of land acquisition for engineering construction: After preliminary calculation, the total investment included in the compensation for land acquisition and resettlement in this stage is 54.4763 million yuan, including 35.8401 million yuan for rural compensation, 3.3602 million yuan for professional project reconstruction, 5.348 million yuan for other expenses, 6.8589 million yuan for reserve funds, and 3.0691 million yuan for taxes and fees.

The information technology design of the water supply project in the Pingchuan Modern Silk Road Cold and Drought Agricultural Industrial Park adheres to the "unmanned (few people on duty)" engineering management mode while meeting national regulations, norms, standards, and technical guidelines.
